The Learning Tree Early Learning Center is located in the heart of picturesque Algonquin on Harrison Street across from their beautiful parks and the fox river.
The Excelerate Silver Circle-rated center is a full-time program that services families with children ages of 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Your child will experience daily preschool programming that encourages social/emotional, academic and play-based learning.

My name is Sue Kempe, and I am the Center Director at The Learning Tree of Algonquin. I have more than 40 years of experience in early childhood education. My love for young children and seeing their excitement to learn is why I chose this career path. I am native to the area and have been a member of the local chamber of commerce for the past 35 years. I enjoy spending time with my husband and family gathered around the pool with a good book!
